Across 50+ markets, 200M+ customers, and multiple verticals, it's a real lever on cost, risk, and product. We're looking for a Head of Insurance to own our group insurance demand end to end: building the strategy, running the placement cycle, and turning insurance into a commercial enabler across ride-hailing, delivery, micromobility, and financial services. You’ll own all group insurance demand for Bolt, with a mandate to build and run, not coordinate. You’ll design our insurance strategy, lead the placement cycle, evaluate captive structures, and embed insurance into the products our drivers, couriers, and business customers actually use. You’ll report into the Director of Procurement and serve as the senior voice on insurance for our C‑suite, General Counsel, and Vertical leadership, including chairing the insurance seat on our risk committee.
