We are looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as the Global Head of Fleets & Vehicles (Strategic Supply) Operations at Bolt. In this role, you will build and scale Bolt’s global fleet and vehicle ecosystem, ensuring the platform remains the choice for drivers and fleet partners. You will lead the design and execution of strategies that enhance supply engagement, unlock new vehicle access channels, strengthen market resilience, and deliver sustainable financial performance.
Location: London, United Kingdom
You will oversee key programs including Vehicle Financing, Fleet Account Management, Electrification, Vehicle Marketplace, Branding, and Automated Fleet Management, while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and Bolt’s net-zero commitments. This role requires partnering across teams to create cohesive, high-impact initiatives in a dynamic global environment.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global strategy for fleets and vehicles, aligning with Bolt’s Rides vision and 3-year plan, and anticipating market trends such as fleet growth, electrification mandates, OEM partnerships, regulatory shifts, and telematics adoption.
- Lead and support global programs, including Vehicle Financing, Fleet Account Management, Electrification, Branding & Fleet Deals, and Automated Fleet Management, ensuring scalable implementation and measurable impact.
- Foster collaboration across Product, BizDev, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Public Policy, Legal, and Regional Ops teams to align priorities and deliver results.
- Ensure compliance and sustainability, responding to regulatory shifts, embedding ESG considerations, and promoting Bolt’s net-zero and zero-emission commitments across vehicle strategy.
- Build and develop a global team of Fleet & Vehicle Ops professionals, nurturing expertise, enabling growth, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing culture.
About you:
- You have 12+ years of senior leadership experience in fleet management, vehicle financing, automotive OEM/partnerships, mobility, or ride‑hailing.
- You have proven success in building and leading global teams, developing talent, and fostering collaboration.
- You have experience managing complex programs across multiple markets, delivering measurable business impact.
- You can influence cross‑functional and executive stakeholders and engage effectively with regulators or external partners.
- You are strategic, analytical, and collaborative, balancing long‑term vision with operational delivery.
- You take initiative and ownership, bringing clarity, structure, and supportive leadership to complex, high‑stakes topics.
