About The Role
We're looking for a Head of Investment Execution to lead high-impact transactions across our Rides vertical — from vehicle financing and captive structures to strategic partnerships and electrification projects spanning EMEA, Asia, and the Americas.
You'll sit within the Business Development team, working closely with country and regional leadership to identify opportunities, structure deals, and drive them from first conversation to close.
- Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-border investments including partnerships, OEM deals, vehicle financing, and captive structures.
- Build and own financial models for high-stakes transactions that shape our strategic roadmap.
- Drive deal flow and opportunity identification across the mobility spectrum.
- Engage and negotiate with partners, co-investors, and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with country and regional leadership to develop organic and inorganic business cases.
- Represent the team externally; some travel required based on active pipeline.
About You
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, structured finance, venture capital, or corporate development.
- Proven track record raising equity and debt capital for complex, project-level transactions.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing execution teams in advisory, banking, or VC/PE environments.
- Uncompromising attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership.
- Commercially sharp, adaptable across geographies, and comfortable operating at pace.
