We’re looking for a Director of Corporate Finance to lead high-impact transaction execution across debt, equity and other corporate development initiatives. You will own the full deal lifecycle—from structuring to negotiation—playing a critical role in shaping financing outcomes and driving strategic projects. This role is based in London or Tallinn.
About The Role
This is a highly execution-focused role centred on delivering complex financial transactions across debt, capital markets, and corporate development initiatives. You will lead transaction structuring and execution end-to-end, manage relationships with lenders and counterparties, and oversee key transactions across the capital structure. Working closely with legal teams, external advisors, and internal stakeholders, you will drive commercial negotiations and ensure efficient delivery of strategic projects.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of transaction execution across debt, equity and other corporate development initiatives
- Structure and negotiate financing across the capital structure
- Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and counterparties to secure and optimise financing facilities
- Oversee the company’s debt portfolio, including covenant compliance and ongoing performance monitoring
- Collaborate with legal, external advisors, and due diligence teams to drive effective deal execution
- Structure and deliver financing solutions for major assets and capital projects
About you:
- Proven experience in transaction execution across complex financial transactions
- Strong expertise in debt financing and capital markets
- Demonstrated ability to lead commercial and legal negotiations
- Strong project management capabilities across multiple stakeholders
- Experience leading or managing teams
