Bolt Technical are recruiting for skilled CNC Turners to join a well-established precision engineering business in Bromborough.

We are seeking experienced CNC Turners, or Machinists with experience across both disciplines to support the manufacture of high-precision components for a range of demanding industries.

Working within a modern machining environment, you will play a key role in delivering quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across the shop floor.

CNC Turning Responsibilities

Program, set and operate CNC Turning Centres.

Machine components to customer specifications and quality standards.

Work on Fanuc-controlled machinery and other control systems where applicable.

Select tooling, offsets and cutting data to maximise efficiency and quality.

Conduct first-off and in-process inspections throughout production runs.

Assist with process improvements and productivity initiatives.

Report tooling, machine and quality concerns to Supervisors and Team Leaders.

General Responsibilities

Work safely and in accordance with all Health & Safety procedures.

Ensure all work produced meets required quality standards.
