Love solving complex problems at the crossroads of technology and business? As a Solutions Analyst at Bolt for Business, you'll help enterprise clients and strategic partners design and deliver integrations that make Bolt work seamlessly within their ecosystems. You'll turn ambiguous requirements into clear, workable solutions — bridging the gap between what clients need and what Bolt can build.
With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people. We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability. Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!
The Solutions Analyst is the link between Bolt's commercial teams and the partners and enterprise clients they serve. You'll work alongside Business Development Managers, Enterprise Account Executives, and the Strategic Partnerships team to understand what clients need, assess what's possible, and map out the integration path that gets them live on Bolt. On the partnerships side, you'll support the evaluation and onboarding of resellers — such as Super Apps and travel aggregators — that connect to Bolt’s supply via API, acting as the solutions layer between their technical teams and ours. This role is about understanding systems, asking the right questions, and designing solutions that work for both sides. You'll become a go-to expert on how Bolt's products and APIs connect with the tools enterprise clients already use — from HRIS and expense platforms to SSO and SFTP — and you'll guide clients and partners through the process of making those connections real. You'll be well-supported, working within an established commercial motion and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to resolve blockers and continuously improve how Bolt delivers integrations at scale.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Engage with enterprise clients and strategic partners to gather, structure, and document integration requirements, translating business needs into clear technical briefs for internal teams.
- Map and assess integration solutions across common enterprise tooling — including HRIS, accounting, expense management, and SSO/identity systems — and build API integrations for ride-hailing, identifying the most practical and scalable path forward.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end integration process from scoping through to go-live, keeping all stakeholders aligned and ensuring timelines are met.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of integration configurations, workflows, and decisions to enable consistency and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Act as a post-launch point of contact for integration-related questions, helping partners and clients troubleshoot issues and get more value from their Bolt setup over time.
About you:
- Some hands-on experience as a Solutions Analyst, Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar client-facing role in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to gather and structure requirements from stakeholders with varying levels of technical fluency, and translate them into actionable documentation.
- Familiarity with how enterprise integrations work in practice — you understand concepts like APIs, SSO, and data flows at a functional level, even if you're not writing the code yourself.
- Hands-on exposure to common enterprise systems such as HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, BambooHR), expense or accounting tools, or identity/SSO providers, would be preferred.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple workstreams and keeping projects on track.
- A confident communicator who can simplify complexity and build trust with both commercial and technical counterparts.
Why you’ll love it here:
- Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
- Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
- Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
- Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
- Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
- Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.
