We are looking for a strategic and impact-driven Regional Domain Manager – Rider Operations to lead Bolt’s Rider Operations across multiple markets within the Western Europe region. This is an execution-focused role, directly accountable for driving the rollout and measurable impact of Rider Operations initiatives at regional level.

About us: With over 200 million users in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or ability. Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars.

About the role: You will ensure that key rider programs across Airports, Venues, Categories, Scheduled Rides, B2G, and Rider Engagement are executed with excellence in your region. You will also channel structured market insights and data-driven feedback to central teams to strengthen global program design and iteration. As the owner of regional Rider Domain KPIs, you will ensure markets track performance rigorously, identify root causes of underperformance, remove blockers, and drive corrective actions. This role suits someone who thrives on accountability, performance management, and delivering results at scale.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of central Rider Operations programs across the region, ensuring initiatives across airports, venues, categories, scheduled rides, B2G, and rider engagement achieve defined targets and measurable impact.
  • Translate global strategies into structured regional action plans, defining ownership, timelines, governance, and KPIs to ensure consistent and scalable implementation across markets.
  • Own regional Rider Domain KPIs and OKRs, tracking metrics such as GMV mix by segment, rider engagement and retention, scheduled rides penetration, and B2G pipeline performance, while driving corrective actions where needed.
  • Act as the key interface between central and local teams, cascading priorities and frameworks while surfacing regulatory, demand-side, and operational insights to inform global program improvements.
  • Lead regional prioritisation and governance, allocating resources to highest-ROI opportunities, resolving trade-offs with GMs and central teams, and ensuring alignment with both global and local objectives.
  • Build capability and cross-market knowledge sharing, upskilling local Rider Ops teams, driving experimentation, scaling best practices, and embedding successful initiatives into repeatable regional playbooks.

About you: 8+ years of experience in operations, program management, or category ownership with regional or multi-country scope and measurable business impact. Strong expertise in Rider Operations, demand generation, category management, and performance optimisation within marketplace environments. Proven ability to execute complex programs at scale, translating strategy into structured action plans with clear accountability and measurable outcomes. Highly analytical and commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, incentives, ROI trade-offs, and performance dashboards to optimise growth and profitability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and holding cross-functional teams accountable for results. High ownership and execution drive, comfortable operating in ambiguity, raising the performance bar, and ensuring initiatives stay on track in fast-moving environments. Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
  • Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50+ countries.
  • Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Get a rewarding salary and stock option package that lets you focus on doing your best work.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week to foster strong connections and teamwork.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
