We're looking for an Investment Execution Analyst to join our Business Development team and help grow a portfolio of strategic initiatives within the Rides vertical. This is a full-time role based at Bolt HQ.

About us

With over 200 million users in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people. We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or ability. Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars. And we need your help on this mission!

About the role

As an Investment Execution Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping Bolt develop and close high-impact transactions that drive the growth of our Rides vertical. From financial modeling to partner negotiations, you'll be hands-on across the full deal lifecycle, with exposure to structured investments, new ventures, and cross-border opportunities across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Engage with country and regional management to develop organic and inorganic business cases across the mobility spectrum
  • Support execution of complex, cross-border investments related to the growth of the Rides vertical
  • Contribute to deal flow identification and opportunity assessment as part of the Business Development team
  • Participate in discussions with potential partners, co-investors, and financial institutions
  • Build and iterate on financial models for high-impact transactions — including partnerships, new ventures, OEM and vehicle financing, captive structures, and electrification projects
  • Travel as required based on active projects in the pipeline

About you:

  • Proven experience in investment banking, structured finance, venture capital, corporate development, financial consulting (including Big 4), or FP&A
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills — you can build, stress-test, and clearly communicate a business case
  • Confident presenter with the ability to distill complex information for senior stakeholders
  • Uncompromising attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work
  • Comfortable working across geographies, deal types, and ambiguous environments

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying!

Why you'll love it here:

  • Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
  • Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50+ countries.
  • Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Get a rewarding salary and stock option package that lets you focus on doing your best work.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week to foster strong connections and teamwork.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.

*Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
