We’re looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Bolt for Business team in London.
With over 200 million users in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or ability. Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars. And we need your help on this mission!
You'll be the enterprise expert for Bolt for Business globally; identifying, engaging, closing, and onboarding new clients, then working closely with them to grow revenue over time. Rather than focusing on volume, you'll carry a focused target list, where it'll be how well you know the people on the other side of the table that closes the deal. You'll build detailed account maps, track organisational changes, attend the right events, and cultivate relationships across procurement, finance, travel management, and the C-suite, so that when the moment arrives, you're already trusted. Closing a handful of transformational deals a year is the goal, and the quality of your preparation is what makes that possible. You'll work across functions, alongside Strategic Partnerships, Solutions, Tender Management, and GTM to bring the full weight of Bolt to bear on complex, multi-stakeholder deals. But ultimately, the relationship is yours to own.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Build and maintain deep account maps across a curated and focused set of global enterprise targets, tracking stakeholders, reporting lines, budget cycles, and strategic priorities so you're never caught cold in a conversation.
- Cultivate relationships across every relevant function within target accounts; from travel managers and procurement leads to CFOs and EAs, building trust over months or years before a formal opportunity opens.
- Represent Bolt for Business at industry events, roundtables, and sector forums globally, showing up where your clients show up, and being known in the rooms that matter.
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle, from first contact through discovery, business case, commercial negotiation, and contract, navigating complex procurement and legal processes without losing momentum.
- Own the onboarding of new clients into Bolt for Business, working closely with Solutions and internal teams to ensure a smooth go-live, and staying close to the account as it scales.
- Expand revenue within your book of business over time, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, increasing programme adoption, and deepening the commercial relationship as the account matures.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account intelligence in CRM, capturing what you know about each target so the business benefits from your network, not just your deals.
About you:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, with strong professional expertise in selling business services to SMEs and mid-sized businesses.
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a track record of closing large, complex deals and managing relationships across global or multi-regional accounts.
- Direct experience in the mobility or ground transport sector, whether from an operator, TMC, OBT, fleet management provider, or adjacent travel industry background. You should already know the people in this space.
- A natural relationship builder who invests in people before they need anything from them, someone who is genuinely curious about how their clients' businesses work and what keeps them up at night.
- Strong commercial instincts; you know how to build a compelling business case and navigate legal and procurement without losing momentum or the relationship.
- Comfortable operating globally, adapting your approach market by market, travelling when it counts, and building genuine presence in the rooms where your clients gather.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
Why you’ll love it here:
- Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
- Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50+ countries.
- Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
- Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
- Get a rewarding salary and stock option package that lets you focus on doing your best work.
- Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week to foster strong connections and teamwork.
- Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
*Some perks may differ depending on your location and role. Please submit CV in English.
