Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on RF production support on the shop floor
- Troubleshoot electrical performance issues, identifying both electrical and mechanical root causes
- Operate and analyse results from RF test equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs)
- Interpret engineering drawings and CAD documentation
- Support rapid prototyping and new product introduction (NPI) activities
- Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards
What They’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands‑on experience with RF test equipment (particularly VNAs)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD data
- Proven troubleshooting experience within a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with aerospace/defence quality standards
- BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain)
