Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands‑on RF production support on the shop floor
  • Troubleshoot electrical performance issues, identifying both electrical and mechanical root causes
  • Operate and analyse results from RF test equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs)
  • Interpret engineering drawings and CAD documentation
  • Support rapid prototyping and new product introduction (NPI) activities
  • Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong hands‑on experience with RF test equipment (particularly VNAs)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD data
  • Proven troubleshooting experience within a manufacturing setting

  • BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain)
