About the Role

As a Lead Production Maintenance Engineer, you will take ownership of the maintenance function, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all machinery across the manufacturing facilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will organise, coordinate, and lead a small team of engineers, driving performance, prioritising workloads, and supporting production, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
