About the Opportunity
Bolt Technical are hiring for a Graduate Applications Engineer to join an established engineering and manufacturing business supplying specialist technical products to customers across a range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career engineer looking to develop their technical knowledge while gaining valuable customer-facing experience. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams, helping to solve technical challenges, support product enquiries, and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding products and applications
- Assist customers in identifying suitable solutions for their requirements
- Investigate and resolve technical enquiries
- Support product evaluations and returns processes
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to progress customer projects
- Assist with quotations and customer proposals
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and project activity
- Follow up on enquiries to ensure timely progression and resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
