About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Project Manager with a background in AV, automation, or marine technology to lead end-to-end delivery of complex international projects. You will manage technical and commercial aspects, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure client satisfaction throughout. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AV and automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Organise and lead project meetings, including kick-off, progress updates, and end-of-project reviews.
- Coordinate resources, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Maintain internal and external project documentation and schedules (MS Project).
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Manage financial performance, including cost tracking and reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates.
- Oversee logistics, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Support team collaboration, training, and knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For:
- Project management experience in AV, automation, or marine environments (40m+ yachts preferred).
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale residential or marine projects.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, control systems, lighting, HVAC, BMS, access control, and security integrations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors effectively.
- Full passport and driving licence required.
Desirable:
- EU passport or right to work in the EU without a visa
- Clean driving licence
- Additional languages (Dutch or German advantageous)
