Bolt Technical are recruiting for a well-established, global engineering and manufacturing organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to a high standard, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements
- Provide day-to-day support for product and process quality issues across production, meeting operational deadlines
- Investigate customer returns and non-conformances, delivering root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams, supporting audits, MRB activities, and quality reviews
- Drive continuous improvement, coaching production teams, improving inspection processes, and reducing the cost of poor quality
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in a manufacturing or production assembly environment
- Strong background in quality control and inspection
- Proven experience completing FAIRs
- BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain)
