About the Opportunity
Bolt Technical are recruiting for a Quality Co-ordinator & QA Inspector to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business that supply into aerospace, defence, medical, motorsport, marine, energy and industrial markets. This is a varied role combining hands-on inspection with quality administration support. You will play a key role in ensuring products meet customer requirements while supporting quality processes, documentation and continuous improvement activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect manufactured products against engineering drawings, specifications and customer requirements
- Use measurement equipment such as verniers to verify product quality
- Identify and report non-conformances and support corrective actions
- Complete and maintain quality documentation, including FAIRs
- Support customer complaint investigations and internal quality processes
- Maintain engineering drawings and quality records
- Work closely with production, engineering and quality teams
- Support continuous improvement activities

- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, inspection or production environments
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience using measuring equipment (verniers preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Confident communication skills with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Quality experience is beneficial, but the business is open to candidates from manufacturing backgrounds who have the right technical ability, attitude and willingness to learn.
