About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Project Manager with a background in AV, automation, or marine technology to lead end-to-end delivery of complex international projects. You will manage technical and commercial aspects, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure client satisfaction throughout. If you enjoy working with innovative systems and technologies, and are keen to travel internationally while managing world-class projects, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AV and automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Organise and lead project meetings, including kick-off, progress updates, and end-of-project reviews.
- Coordinate resources, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Maintain internal and external project documentation and schedules (MS Project).
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Manage financial performance, including cost tracking and reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates.
- Oversee logistics, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Support team collaboration, training, and knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For:
- Project management experience in AV, automation, or marine environments (40m yachts preferred).
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale residential or marine projects.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, control systems, lighting, HVAC, BMS, access control, and security integrations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors effectively.
- Full passport and driving licence required.
Desirable:
- EU passport or right to work in the EU without a visa.
- Clean driving licence.
- Additional languages (Dutch or German advantageous).
