Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead Bolt’s global marketing strategy and execution. This role is responsible for building and protecting the Bolt brand across all touchpoints, driving thought leadership, and ensuring Bolt shows up with consistency, credibility, and impact, particularly at global conferences and industry events. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong B2B and FMCG background, ideally shaped by consulting or advisory experience. You will work closely with commercial leadership and research leadership to ensure Bolt’s voice, positioning, and storytelling are sharp, differentiated, and globally consistent. This role is designed as a progression pathway to Marketing Director, with increasing responsibility for strategic ownership and people management over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Define and lead Bolt’s global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, growth markets, and long‑term brand positioning. Act as a senior strategic partner to leadership, shaping go‑to‑market narratives and ensuring marketing drives tangible business impact.
  • Brand, Positioning & Storytelling: Translate complex research, product, and AI capabilities into compelling, credible stories that resonate with clients and partners. Own Bolt’s brand positioning and narrative across all channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation for senior B2B audiences. Own the development of senior‑level capabilities decks and client‑facing presentations, combining strong PowerPoint skills with close collaboration with designers to deliver clear, on‑brand, high‑impact materials.
  • Conferences & Global Events: Own Bolt’s end‑to‑end presence at global conferences, ensuring maximum brand impact through strong messaging, visual execution, and content.
  • Thought Leadership & Content: Deliver Bolt’s thought leadership agenda in partnership with the Research Content Lead, developing flagship content grounded in proprietary research that positions Bolt as a trusted authority in insights, FMCG, and AI‑driven research.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Lead and manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and creative partners to deliver best‑in‑class brand and content output.

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years’ experience in senior marketing roles, including ownership of global brand and integrated campaigns.
  • Proven track record building and scaling a B2B brand with credibility at senior/enterprise level (CMO/Insights/Innovation leaders).
  • Experience in insights, research, consultancy, or B2B services able to translate complex propositions into sharp positioning and narrative.
  • Strong go‑to‑market experience with measurable commercial impact.
  • Significant experience owning global events/conferences end‑to‑end (strategy, messaging, speakers, content, booth/creative, lead capture, follow‑up).
  • Data‑minded marketer: confident with marketing performance metrics, reporting, and using insights to refine strategy (brand + demand).
