As our business grows, we are looking for a passionate Senior HR Executive to help shape the employee experience, build a strong internal culture, and support the next stage of our journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- HR Operations & Compliance: Manage and update HR policies, contracts, and documentation in line with employment law and GDPR. Oversee annual, sick, family, and other leave processes, ensuring accurate tracking and wellbeing support. Maintain our HR systems, ensuring clean, reliable people data for reporting and insights.
- Employee Experience & Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, supporting with ER cases, informal conflict resolution, and day-to-day queries. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes that reflect our culture and values. Run internal engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and recognition schemes.
- Performance & Development: Support performance review cycles and goal-setting across teams. Organise internal and external training opportunities and track L&D budgets. Help managers facilitate capability conversations and career development plans.
- Recruitment & Employer Brand: Partner with hiring managers on values-led recruitment processes. Coordinate job postings, screen candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience. Support initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and hiring pipeline.
- Strategic Projects: Support leadership on workforce planning, succession initiatives, and org design. Drive employee engagement surveys and help turn insights into action. Champion culture and inclusion as we continue to scale.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in a People / HR role (e.g. People Advisor, HRBP, People Associate).
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law, HR operations, and best practices.
- Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment is a big plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset—confident, compassionate, and discreet.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with structure, clarity, and a proactive mindset.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards it) is preferred.
