Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Acquisition Executive to lead and manage data collection operations across APAC markets. This role sits at the intersection of fieldwork, panel operations, sampling, and vendor management, ensuring high-quality, on-time data delivery for our research projects. You will work closely with internal research teams and external partners to manage recruitment, sampling, and field execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end data acquisition and fieldwork operations across APAC
- Oversee sampling, recruitment, and panel operations for quantitative and qualitative studies
- Coordinate with external vendors, panels, and field partners
- Ensure data quality, feasibility, timelines, and cost control
- Monitor field progress and resolve operational issues proactively
- Work closely with Research, Product, and Client teams to align on project needs
- Improve processes and efficiency across data collection operations
Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in market research fieldwork, data acquisition, or panel operations
- Strong understanding of sampling, recruitment, and data collection methods
- Experience working with external vendors / panels
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a regional / remote setup (APAC)
Nice to Have
- Experience covering multiple APAC markets
- Background as Fieldwork Manager, Panel Manager, or Research Operations
- Experience with online panels and digital data collection tools
