About Us

Bolt Insight is a UK based fast-growing, digital-first market research company revolutionizing how brands connect with consumers. We combine real-time methodologies with advanced AI tools to deliver insights that drive decisions. Our mission is to help clients unlock deep human understanding; smarter, faster, and at scale.

The Role

We are expanding into the French market and looking for a talented France Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives specifically for the French market, while being based in the UK or a UK time zone. Fluency in French at a native level is essential, as you will create localized campaigns, manage French-language content, and build strong partnerships within the region. If you’re a marketing professional passionate about creating impactful campaigns, managing content, and building local partnerships — and you're excited to help a global brand grow in France — this role is for you.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Content Creation & Localisation: Generate original French-language content across channels (blogs, emails, social media, case studies, landing pages), ensuring it resonates with local audiences.
  • Website Management: Oversee and manage the French version of our website, working closely with our external website agency to ensure timely updates, localisation, and SEO optimisation.
  • Agency Management: Act as the main point of contact for two France-based agencies — one for website management and one for content creation — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with our marketing goals.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored specifically for the French market, from lead generation to brand awareness initiatives. Set clear KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, build, and manage new partnerships in France, including local organisations, media, event partners, and other relevant networks.
  • Market Research Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of market research events in France (e.g., client workshops, industry conferences, networking sessions). Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a strong local presence and excellent event delivery.
  • Translation & Localisation Oversight: Manage the translation and localisation of global marketing materials to fit the French market, ensuring brand voice and cultural relevance are maintained.
  • Market Insights: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviours in France, and feed insights back to the global marketing team to refine strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Native French speaker (or full professional proficiency) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with content marketing, campaign management, and partnerships.
  • Experience managing external agencies or freelancers is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress,) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Collaborative mindset — able to work closely with our global marketing and commercial teams.
  • Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.

Why Work for Bolt Insight?

  • Work on cutting-edge AI research solutions in a fast-moving industry.
  • Hybrid and flexible working style.
  • Multicultural and collaborative global team.
  • Commissions & employee bonuses.
  • Opportunities to grow with a scaling company.
  • Regular online/virtual team events and recognition programs.

Are you ready to help us shape the future of research and marketing across France and beyond — all while based in the UK?
