Key Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot CRM: maintain architecture, fields, rules, workflows, integrations
  • Ensure data hygiene, lead routing, lifecycle compliance
  • Build dashboards, automation, sequences, deal tracking workflows with opportunity stages and pipeline standards
  • Evaluate and implement new sales tools; collaborate with engineering on development requirements
  • Commercial analytics: forecast revenue, track conversion rates, win/loss insights, deal cycle time, rep productivity metrics; report performance to leadership

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar using HubSpot
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM (mandatory)
  • Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data‑driven reporting
