Bolt Insight is scaling rapidly across the UK, US, EU, and APAC. As we work with enterprise clients, our contracting and procurement processes have become critical to how we operate. We’re looking for a Contracts & Procurement Operations Manager to take ownership of all client-facing documentation flows, manage procurement processes, support contract reviews, and ensure Bolt moves quickly and efficiently through enterprise requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, detail, and cross-functional coordination. You do not need to be a lawyer, but you must be confident navigating contracts and working with external counsel when required.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end workflows for MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, DPAs, renewals, amendments, and vendor forms.
- Coordinate contract reviews with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Identify risks or non-standard terms and elevate accordingly.
- Own submissions to client procurement portals, including compliance documents, due diligence forms, InfoSec questionnaires, insurance certificates, and financial details.
- Track procurement progress and proactively manage bottlenecks.
- Work closely with Commercial, Finance, and Security to gather required information.
- Internal Processes & Governance
- Administer contract signature processes (DocuSign) and maintain a centralised contract repository.
- Track renewal dates, auto-renewal risks, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain a clear audit trail for all contract discussions and redlines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support Business Development Managers and Account Managers during negotiation phases.
- Liaise with Research Operations and Product teams when client requirements impact delivery.
- Ensure documentation aligns with Bolt’s SOC2, GDPR, ISO, and internal security standards.
- 3–4 years’ experience in contract administration, procurement operations, legal ops, sales ops, or commercial coordination (preferably in a SaaS, tech, market research, or agency environment).
- Comfortable reading contracts and spotting potential red‑flag terms.
- Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
- Able to handle multiple deals simultaneously.
- Experience working with legal counsel (internal or external).
- Familiar with tools such as DocuSign, HubSpot, procurement portals (Ariba, Coupa, Aravo, Tradeshift), or contract management systems.
- Hybrid working — home or London office (UK work rights required).
