We're looking for a driven, organised, and commercially curious graduate to join our New Business team as a Business Development Executive. This is a developmental role built for someone who wants to learn how enterprise sales works, from the inside out. You'll start by owning the operational engine that keeps our pipeline moving, through procurement, contracting, CRM hygiene and progressively take on more of the sales process as your confidence and knowledge grow. The goal is to develop a complete commercial skillset and become a fully-fledged sales professional over time.

What you'll do

  • Own procurement and contracting processes end to end, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as deals move to close
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot: keeping deal stages, contacts, and activity logs accurate and up to date
  • Support senior AEs with proposal logistics, follow-ups, and client coordination
  • Learn Bolt's product suite, sales methodology, and client landscape deeply
  • Over time, begin contributing to outbound: researching target accounts, building contact lists, drafting outreach
  • Shadow and then run discovery and pitch meetings as your skills develop
  • Eventually take ownership of your own pipeline and work towards a personal revenue target

What we're looking for

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with no prior sales experience required
  • Genuinely curious about business, brands, and consumer behaviour
  • Self-motivated and coachable
  • Clear communicator, written and verbal
