Based: Islington, London. Type: Full-time, permanent, office based. We are a progressive Islington law firm seeking a receptionist to join our busy Front of House team. You will be professionally presented and able to offer a top-class service to all visitors to our offices.
Your hours will be flexible between the core period of 8am and 6pm (on a rota basis). You will be required to work outside those hours during evening functions on occasion.
Your responsibilities will be varied and will include:
- Welcoming all visitors to the firm, showing them to meeting rooms;
- Organising calendars;
- Setting up meeting rooms;
- Serving refreshments to all visitors and during evening events;
- Receiving and directing incoming calls to the appropriate person;
- Maintaining tidy reception area;
- Liaising with legal staff;
- Dealing with deliveries, post and couriers, internal and external mail during the day;
- Data entry.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the business. You will have previous reception experience and experience working in a team environment where providing excellent client service is key.
