Company Commercial Solicitor
Based: Islington, London
Type: Full-time, Permanent, hybrid role
The Role
We are looking for a Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE to join our existing Company Commercial team.
This role is suited to an ambitious individual with a desire to work towards becoming a Partner and eventually leading the team.
Your experience should include advising owner-managed businesses and SMEs (including start-ups) on company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
Attention to detail is paramount and you must be passionate about going the extra mile for your clients.
The successful candidate must have a genuine interest in business development, with ideally a small following.
