We are currently looking for a bright and confident Business Administrator to assist various Business Support departments within our Islington Law Firm. The successful candidate will be assisting the HR, Compliance, Finance, and Support teams.
Main duties will include:
- Assisting with in-house and external networking events
- Dealing with office payments and receipts
- Coordinating and setting up interviews
- Assisting with the onboarding of new joiners
- General office tasks such as copying and scanning
- Closing client files
- Occasional reception cover
To be successful you will ideally be a university graduate, have good attention to detail, be enthusiastic, hard-working and a team player with excellent communication skills. Previous experience working in an office preferred though not essential. This is a varied role and full training will be provided. This is an office-based job working flexibly within the core hours of 8am – 6pm.
