We are seeking an Enfranchisement Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE to join our growing team.
Your experience will include:
- All aspects of enfranchisement
- Experience in preparing applications to the first-tier property tribunal
- Experience attending tribunal and the County Court on all issues related to claims made under the 1993 Act
- Some experience in Right to Manage claims as well as service charge disputes and general property management would be an advantage
- Experience in dealing with volume applications would be an advantage
You will be ambitious and conscientious with an interest in business development and marketing.
