Job Description

Enfranchisement Solicitor

Based: Islington, London.

Type: Full-time, permanent, Hybrid role.

We are seeking an Enfranchisement Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE to join our growing team.

Your experience will include:

·       All aspects of enfranchisement

·       Experience in preparing applications to the first-tier property tribunal

·       Experience attending tribunal and the County Court on all issues related to claims made under the 1993 Act.

·       Some experience in Right to Manage claims as well as service charge disputes and general property management would be an advantage:

·       Experience in dealing with volume applications would be an advantage.

You will be ambitious and conscientious with an interest in business development and marketing.
