Are you a passionate Talent Acquisition Advisor specialising in legal recruitment? Bolt Burdon Kemp, a top-ranked London law firm, is seeking a dedicated in-house Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our busy HR team. This will be an opportunity to support the growth of the firm by leading on all areas of talent acquisition through to onboarding, while advancing your career in a genuinely supportive environment.
What we’re looking for:
- At least three years’ experience working as an in-house Talent Acquisition Advisor within a law firm (experience of working with claimant litigation roles will be advantageous)
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and good practice in respect of hiring staff in the UK
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Experience in building relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently but with a team-centred approach and open to sharing ideas
- A motivated, goal‑oriented mindset with a passion to excel
- Curiosity and an ‘always learning’ approach to work
- A professional and positive demeanour
What you’ll do:
- Manage all vacancies from the approval stage through to offer and onboarding
- Identify, attract and shortlist candidates to fulfil the requirements of the practice teams for active and future roles, using all appropriate methods
- Manage relationships with hiring managers, candidates, advertisers, external recruiters, and any other third parties
- Lead on talent acquisition know-how and market trends, including providing support for EVP and Employer Brand strategies
- Manage, analyse and report on recruitment data to drive talent attraction decisions
- Support the Head of HR to manage the recruitment budget, and review costs and return on investment
