Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced claimant personal injury solicitor with 4 –8 years PQE to join our Complex Injury team. This is a rewarding role where you’ll make a lasting difference for people living with life-changing injuries.
Led by Josh Hughes, our team offers an established personal injury lawyer the opportunity to deepen their expertise in catastrophic injury claims. You’ll bring your experience to complex cases, keep clients’ needs at the heart of every decision and help them move forward with their lives.
The role
- Champion clients with life-changing injuries, delivering exceptional legal support with their needs at the heart of your work
- Deepen your serious injury litigation expertise through complex catastrophic injury claims, with support to help you grow
- Help shape the team’s growth through proactive marketing and business development, raising the firm’s profile while building your own professional reputation
- Strengthen your leadership skills by supervising less experienced colleagues and supporting their development and career ambitions.
What we’re looking for
- A qualified Solicitor (4 – 8 years PQE) with a strong track record in claimant personal injury claims
- Enthusiasm for marketing and business development, with the drive to help grow the firm’s profile - previous marketing experience is welcome, but not essential
- Previous managerial or supervision experience that supports the growth and development of others
- Ambition, a goal-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering excellent work for clients
- Curiosity and the motivation to keep learning, develop your expertise and progress your legal career
- A positive, professional approach to supporting clients and collaborating with colleagues.
