As our new Corporate Asset Manager, based at The Arc, Clowne, you will lead the development and delivery of the Council’s Asset Management Strategy. This is a pivotal role, responsible for turning complex asset data into a clear, actionable investment framework that ensures our properties are safe, compliant and financially sustainable. You will champion a modern, proactive approach to asset management — driving cultural change, improving data quality, and ensuring our property portfolio is fit for the future and ready for transition into the new authority under Local Government Review.
