We're looking for a new Cruise Sales Expert. As a valued member of our sales team at Bolsover Cruise Club, you'll embark on a fulfilling career where your love for travel and flair for sales come together. Your New Role:

As part of our inbound sales team, you'll be speaking to customers over the phone, responding to new enquiries and helping them book their dream cruise. The phones are always ringing, the pace is fast, and you'll be working towards individual and team targets every day. You'll be expected to build rapport quickly, deliver expert advice, and generate repeat business by creating exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming sales enquiries, providing tailored cruise quotes.
  • Guide customers through the booking process with professionalism and care.
  • Upsell and recommend relevant additional products to enhance the holiday.
  • Proactively follow up leads through outbound calls to maximise conversion.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and encourage repeat bookings.
  • Accurately administer bookings, ensuring all details and notes are recorded clearly and correctly.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing customers and resolve booking queries.
  • Deliver excellent service at our on-site Cruise Bureau when required.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, product knowledge and attention to detail.

Who You Are:

  • An experienced professional from either the travel industry, a high-performing sales or call centre environment, or a commercially focused customer-facing role.
  • A sales enthusiast who enjoys speaking to people and thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working at pace and handling a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Motivated by KPIs, personal goals and commission potential.
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and building loyalty.
  • A proactive individual who uses initiative and contributes positively to the team.
  • A confident communicator who can adapt to a wide range of customers and situations.

Shift Pattern:

You will start on our Monday to Sunday rota:

  • Working 9am to 5.30pm weekdays – we are unable to offer remote working for this role.
  • One late shift per week from 11.30am to 8pm, with additional requirement on occasion to cover holidays.
  • Saturdays and Sundays worked on a rota basis.
  • Once fully trained and established in the role, you may have the opportunity to move to our 4 on 4 off rolling rota: Four consecutive working days followed by four days off.
  • Weekdays: 9am to 9pm.
  • Saturdays: 9am to 7pm.
  • Sundays: 11am to 5pm.
  • Bank Holidays: Treated as normal working days and returned as additional leave.

This flexible pattern offers excellent work-life balance and extended breaks.
