We’re looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join the Bolser team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years digital marketing experience, who is eager to expand their skillset and develop into a well-rounded digital marketing specialist. Full training will be provided and you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple channels including SEO, paid search, and paid social, while building strong analytical skills and contributing to client success. This role will suit someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and is keen to get stuck in.

In this role you will:

  • Support with the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across:
    • SEO
    • Paid Search (e.g. Google Ads)
    • Paid Social (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO tasks
  • Assist in the creation, monitoring, and optimisation of paid media campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards
  • Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (performance marketing, design, account management)
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • A strong interest in developing across multiple digital disciplines
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends
