We're looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our creative team, working on websites, apps and digital products for clients including Microsoft, Xbox, National Theatre and the RAF Museum.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Designing engaging, user-centred websites, apps and digital experiences from concept through to delivery.
  • Creating wireframes, user journeys, information architecture, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Producing digital assets for campaigns, landing pages, social media, presentations and other digital channels.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective digital solutions.
  • Contributing to discovery workshops, ideation sessions and design sprints.
  • Presenting design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
  • Working closely with developers throughout the build process to ensure designs are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Contributing to new business pitches, creative proposals and innovation across the agency.
  • Helping maintain and evolve design systems, processes and best practices.
  • Managing your own workload while delivering high-quality work on time and to brief.

About you

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with user-centric thinking and has a genuine passion for creating outstanding digital experiences.

You'll ideally have

  • 2+ years' experience in a UX/UI design role within an agency or in-house team.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent digital design across websites, apps or digital products.
  • Experience designing responsive websites and digital interfaces with a user-first approach.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
  • A solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility and responsive design.
  • Excellent typography, layout, visual design and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • An interest in keeping up with emerging design trends and technologies.
