Bolliger is undoubtedly the largest and most established company in the international removals sector in Italy, characterized by a dynamic and international context. Bolliger's London branch (Bolliger UK Ltd) has been in operation for over 13 years. We are looking for a new colleague to join our Operations / Coordination team.

We are selecting a candidate to be included as a logistics employee in the international removals department. The resource will interface with corporate customers for the 360-degree organization of international removals (by sea, by air and by truck), guaranteeing an always precise, punctual, reliable and satisfactory customer service and supporting the customer at all stages of the move.

In detail, it will deal with:

  • planning of the move and ancillary activities, coordinating with the moving teams and paying close attention to the customer's needs
  • collaboration with international agents and suppliers
  • customer support for the preparation and control of customs documents
  • constant communication between the different departments (operational, sales and administrative)
  • contact with the warehouse for the organization of collections and deliveries
  • management of customs operations through contact with customs agents
  • check and verify shipping invoices
  • keep the management updated
  • monitoring of costs and revenues and optimization; issue of invoices and purchase orders

Essential requirements:

  • excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian
  • diploma / degree
  • knowledge of written and spoken English
  • knowledge of the main IT tools
  • experience in the world of transport

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in structured companies in the sector or logistics in general is a preferential requirement. The profile is completed by the excellent ability to work in a team and to make decisions quickly and in critical situations as well as excellent customer relationship skills.

This is a full time job, with a regular and permanent contract, working for a large established company and a close-knit team.

Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Location: Work from home (UK remote working)

Salary: £26,400.00/annum
