Boleyn Recovery and Fleet Services has been trading for over 60 years as an established car & commercial vehicle recovery and repair business. We are still family owned and run, so have a vested interest in our staff and making sure we keep our customers' fleets moving. Due to ongoing expansion and investment, we require another key member to our successful team as a vehicle recovery controller for our busy 24-hour control room.

You will be working a 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift pattern night time or 5 days from 7 am to 7 pm. We have a wide range of nationwide clients seeking a bespoke service. Our customer base has been built up over 60 years and consists of private clients ranging from hauliers and construction to bus & coach companies and from owner drivers to the emergency services.

Successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and have good customer focus skills while participating in a shift system with some unsociable hours of work. We do not do club work or management company work as a rule, so our customer base is all.

Experience is not a necessity if the right candidate has what it takes, so ongoing training and development will be provided. Earnings are negotiable on skills, capability and experience but in the region of £21k to £28K plus bonus plus O/T.

Pay: £40,500.00-£44,000.00 per year
