About The Role
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and organization of our Smart Places business stream from a programme coordinator perspective and office assistant in Sunderland.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide administrative support to the Sunderland team, including correspondence, filing, work requests, and diary management.
- Manage invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders in collaboration with the Finance Team in London.
- Support daily office operations.
- Order and manage inventory and office supplies within budget.
- Handle routine tasks such as email, phone calls, data entry, and paperwork.
- Organize office equipment (phones, voicemail, postal services, copier, fax, printers).
- Prepare meeting rooms for training and meetings; organize luncheons and dinners for the team and clients.
- Welcome visitors and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads for business development.
- Support global branding guidelines and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with special events as needed.
