Based in our friendly Paddington Office with hybrid working, this is a hands on role supporting our Group UK and European businesses which currently operates in the Finland, France, Spain and Italy, What you’ll be doing You will be supporting our business in relation to ISO 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environmental) and 45001 (H&S) certifications. You will conduct periodic control reviews and assessments to support a strong control environment all whilst building strong relationships with the external auditors and key stakeholders. Some key elements include: Develop and implement a strong group IMS. Creating efficiency for our existing operations with managing ISO accreditations locally. Liaise and support local compliance stakeholders. Support markets with bid information as it relates to compliance certifications. Build and maintain a strong and partnering relationship with the external auditors. Prepare key stakeholders for external audits. Conduct control assessments to check compliance to relevant policies (e.g., Competition Law, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption) standards and the IMS. Prepare Audit & Risk committee papers as required. Conduct regular reviews to assess compliance training metrics. What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference. In terms of technical skills, you might need some of the following: Demonstrated understanding of quality, compliance, ISO standards/principles. CA, IIA or equivalent post graduate qualification. Knowledge of ISO standards / Lead auditor capabilities Analysing and critical thinking – probing for clarity, producing solutions, making judgements, thinking systemically Collaboration: Building strong relationships across all functions and levels, active listing, adapting to others, rewarding others, listening, consulting, supporting, caring Demonstrated experienced in identifying business process improvements About us At Boldyn Networks, we’re reimagining the future of interconnectivity.
