About The Role
The Delivery Standards & Transformation Manager supports the development, standardisation and embedding of practical delivery standards, templates and ways of working across Boldyn’s UK&I delivery organisation. Working alongside the Programme Office, Heads of Delivery, Engineering, H&S and other operational stakeholders, the role focuses on improving delivery consistency, repeatability, buildability, commercial alignment and operational readiness across multiple project types, including DAS, Wi-Fi, Offshore and Private Networks. The role is responsible for developing and coordinating a structured delivery transformation programme, using Boldyn’s end-to-end delivery process and solution portfolio as the foundation. This includes the development of scalable delivery frameworks, productised deployment models, design/build standards, CDM integration approaches, supplier models, tendering approaches and supporting delivery documentation that improve quality, predictability, commercial alignment and long-term operational efficiency. Working closely with the Build Compliance Manager and Commercial & Supplier Manager, the role ensures technical, commercial and supplier transformation activities remain aligned and integrated within a single delivery operating model. The role is responsible for establishing priorities, coordinating workstreams and ensuring outputs are practical, scalable and capable of adoption across the wider business. This is an enabling and transformation role, rather than a day-to-day operational delivery management role. Its purpose is to help Delivery, Engineering, Programme Office, H&S and supplier teams adopt more standardised, repeatable and commercially aligned approaches across the full project lifecycle, including design, build, commissioning, supplier engagement and tendering activities. A key requirement is the ability to work across multiple functions, balancing operational priorities with long-term transformation objectives, whilst developing practical standards, processes and delivery models that can be successfully embedded into live delivery environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivery Standards & Transformation

  • Lead the development, prioritisation and embedding of practical delivery standards, governance principles and scalable ways of working across Boldyn’s UK&I delivery organisation.
  • Coordinate the development of delivery frameworks, templates, guidance documentation and lifecycle standards aligned to Boldyn’s end-to-end delivery process, regulatory obligations and operational requirements.
  • Work alongside the Programme Office, Heads of Delivery, Engineering, H&S and wider business stakeholders to ensure transformation activities remain practical, proportionate, auditable and scalable across multiple project types including DAS, Wi-Fi, Offshore and Private Networks.
  • Establish priorities, workstreams, ownership and delivery plans required to support the wider delivery transformation programme.
  • Drive standardisation, simplification and continuous improvement across delivery processes, technical documentation and operational delivery approaches.

Productisation & Solution Standardisation

  • Lead the productisation of generic solution models by breaking designs into standard components and “enveloped designs”, then rebuilding them into repeatable design and build models.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Delivery and Commercial activities required to develop scalable deployment approaches across Boldyn’s solution portfolio.
  • Improve project stability, quality, pricing confidence and delivery predictability through greater repeatability, standardisation and alignment across engineering, delivery, suppliers and commissioning activities.
  • Establish standardised deployment principles, reference designs and repeatable delivery models across common delivery scenarios.

Design, Build & Operational Standards

  • Direct the development of standardised HLD, LLD, design, build and commissioning templates across the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate the development of technical standards, specifications, guidance documentation and buildability principles through wider stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure buildability, operational maintenance and lifecycle support principles are consistently embedded within delivery standards and supporting documentation.
  • Promote stronger alignment between design, build, commissioning and operational support functions to improve delivery quality and lifecycle compliance.
  • Ensure technical assurance, operational readiness and compliance requirements are integrated into the wider delivery model.

CDM, H&S & Delivery Compliance

  • Lead the development and embedding of CDM, Principal Designer, Principal Contractor and wider H&S delivery approaches across the delivery organisation.
  • Coordinate development of templates, governance controls, supporting documentation and delivery processes through the Build Compliance Manager and Boldyn H&S Department.
  • Ensure design risk management, buildability reviews, CDM requirements and operational readiness principles are integrated into the wider delivery lifecycle.
  • Establish clear ownership, governance and coordination approaches for multi-disciplinary design activities and Principal Designer responsibilities.
  • Ensure delivery standards remain aligned to relevant regulatory obligations, compliance expectations and internal governance requirements.

Scoping, Tendering & Supplier Models

  • Lead the development of scalable supplier, tendering and commercial delivery models aligned to Boldyn’s delivery and productisation strategy.
  • Coordinate development of SOWs, schedules of rates, contract sum structures and supplier engagement approaches through the Commercial & Supplier Manager and wider stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure supplier, commercial and delivery models remain aligned to technical standards, delivery requirements and long-term business objectives.
  • Support development of scalable tendering approaches ranging from full SI outsourcing through to specialist design, commissioning, civil, M&E and trade packages.
  • Promote greater pricing confidence, supplier alignment and delivery efficiency through standardised commercial and supplier models.

Capability Building & Adoption

  • Establish the framework, priorities and adoption strategy for delivery standards, templates, technical guidance and commercial delivery approaches across the business.
  • Support the Commercial & Supplier Manager in developing guidance material, training content and supporting documentation.
  • Drive adoption of new standards, processes and ways of working across Engineering, Delivery, Programme Office, H&S and supplier organisations.
  • Identify gaps, duplication, inefficiencies and delivery pain points, feeding lessons learned into future transformation activities.
  • Promote a more consistent, repeatable and commercially aligned delivery culture across the wider organisation.

Distance Working

  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively across the UK
