About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on, high‑impact Warehouse Operations Lead to take full ownership of our main warehouse—an essential hub supporting multiple network delivery and operations projects. This is a critical leadership role during a period of significant transformation and investment. You will be responsible for stabilising current operations, improving processes, and building a scalable, efficient warehouse operating model that supports both immediate delivery and long‑term growth. What You’ll Be Doing
- Operational Leadership – Own day‑to‑day warehouse performance, including inbound/outbound logistics, goods receipt, storage, dispatch, and returns; ensure accurate and timely recording of all stock movements using approved systems; maintain a safe, compliant, and well‑organised warehouse aligned with Health & Safety regulations.
- Inventory & Control – Take full accountability for inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and audit readiness; oversee cycle counts and support formal audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies; ensure system data aligns with physical stock at all times.
- Stakeholder & Logistics Coordination – Coordinate materials and assets to support project delivery and operations; manage logistics relationships with suppliers and transport partners; act as the key operational interface between warehouse and internal stakeholders.
