We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join Boldyn Networks on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This role is pivotal in delivering integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across the full customer journey. Working closely with Commercial teams, you will design and execute initiatives that convert prospects into qualified pipeline, build brand authority, and accelerate opportunities to close—ensuring marketing is directly accountable for measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Digital
- Develop and execute inbound demand generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEO, paid search, content syndication).
- Optimize website performance, email nurture journeys, and remarketing to maximize MQL generation.
- Monitor and improve channel performance, focusing on cost efficiency and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Commercial leads to refine target audiences and align lead generation priorities.
- Brand, Thought Leadership & Events
- Lead brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns to position Boldyn Networks as a market leader in Europe.
- Ensure brand consistency and develop messaging that resonates across key verticals.
- Manage and execute social media strategy, amplifying thought leadership and customer success stories.
- Plan and deliver event strategy, including industry participation, sponsorships, and company-hosted events.
- Content Creation & Commercial Enablement
- Provide marketing support for active RFPs and high-value deals, including custom collateral and competitive positioning.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets (case studies, pitch decks, RFP libraries).
- Act as a cross-functional coordinator to ensure marketing resources support in-flight opportunities effectively.
- Data & Performance
- Deliver actionable insights and regular reporting on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and audience engagement.
- Use data to inform decision-making and demonstrate marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
Key Challenges
- Managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines across diverse markets.
- Staying current with marketing and industry trends.
- Balancing execution across multiple digital channels, languages, and customer verticals.
- Ensuring all materials meet Boldyn brand guidelines and budget accountability.
Essential Criteria
- Strong working knowledge of B2B digital marketing (including content syndication, email marketing, paid LinkedIn), CMS, email tools, and social publishing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage external partners for timely, high-quality output.
- Attention to detail and high standards for copy and visuals.
- Confident communicator who champions best practice.
Experience & Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in integrated campaign planning, website optimization, email nurture design, and sales enablement asset development.
- Intermediate proficiency in stakeholder management, digital reporting, brand governance, and ABM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
