Reports to: Group General Counsel & Company Secretary
- Manage diary requests, meeting coordination, and administrative support for the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary.
- Process invoices and expenses using Workday.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and support ad-hoc governance or legal tasks.
- Stay up to date on company announcements and business developments.
Requirements:
- 5+ yearsβ company secretarial experience
- Company secretarial or governance-related certification (e.g., ICSA/CGI or equivalent)
- Advanced experience using Diligent Boards, Diligent Entities, and DocuSign (administration level)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to produce well-structured, polished documents and presentations
- Strong accuracy, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of legal terminology and practices
- Experience with SharePoint is highly advantageous
- Proactive, highly organised, and able to manage high volumes of critical work
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to support senior executives
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality
