Working closely across both the wider commercial team and business, this role will provide support in the sales and operations cycle to ensure key corporate and commercial objectives are met. The role forms part of the UK market Commercial team and reports to the Commercial Director.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Use the CRM tool (Salesforce) to support pipeline analysis and business case development across Boldyn Network customer base and markets.
- Provide insights using Salesforce to senior stakeholders on sales performance and revenue management.
- Support and manage the development of sales operations processes through defined Q gates and provide visibility of challenges and solutions where appropriate.
- Interface with the Group Sales Operations manager on behalf of the UK market, including identifying standardisation opportunities where appropriate.
- Track the public sector market engagement data and provide visibility and insights to the relevant Commercial leads on potential opportunities.
