  • Ensure a consistently high standard of output across your accounts – work that is proactive, insight-led, creatively strong and flawlessly executed.
  • Take clear responsibility for identifying and converting growth opportunities within existing clients, including expanding scope, responding to new briefs and proactively shaping work that delivers additional value.
  • Lead new business pitches end-to-end, including shaping the strategic approach, directing the team, presenting to clients and confidently handling questions and objections in the room.
  • Build the agency’s profile within the consumer PR space through your work, relationships and market knowledge.
  • Stay close to the consumer and media landscape, identifying cultural moments, trends and opportunities that can be translated into meaningful PR ideas for clients.

Skills:

  • Growth mindset: You will be excited by the opportunity to help keep building on our already strong consumer PR offering, whether through spotting upsell opportunities, contributing to pitches, new business generation or helping build the agency’s reputation in the market.
  • Team collaboration and development: You will be comfortable guiding and supporting junior team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence while contributing positively to team culture.
  • Commercial awareness: You will demonstrate strong commercial judgement, including scope management, pricing awareness, margin sensitivity and the confidence to have commercial conversations with clients.
  • Multi-channel thinking: You understand that modern consumer PR goes beyond media relations, and you know how to integrate social, influencer, content, partnerships and experiential thinking into campaigns.
  • Problem solving and judgement: You are comfortable dealing with day-to-day challenges independently, offering practical, intelligent solutions that balance creativity, reputation and client needs.
  • Independence and initiative: You are self-motivated, organised and proactive, taking responsibility for your work, development and contribution to the wider team.

Experience:

  • Around 7–10 years’ experience working in a consumer PR agency environment, delivering consumer PR programmes and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer media landscape, with demonstrable experience securing coverage and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Confident presenter, able to clearly explain PR strategies, activity and outcomes to clients.
