THE ROLE

  • Commercial awareness & intelligence: You enjoy understanding clients' businesses and challenges, and can contribute thoughtful, informed perspectives. We value curiosity, emotional intelligence and practical thinking just as much as formal qualifications.
  • Independence & initiative: We offer flexibility and trust, and we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively and enjoys working in a collaborative but self-directed environment.
  • Communication: You're a clear and confident communicator who works well with both clients and colleagues, helping to build positive and productive relationships.
