Overview Boldspace is seeking a Technical Product Manager to help shape Bold Lens and our action-based AI products that integrate marketing data with proprietary knowledge and AI solutions.
This role is ideal for a mid-weight product manager with strong technical fluency, proven experience in end-to-end product delivery, and a passion for managing AI-powered solutions.
We are excited about new in-house innovations at Boldspace, which could influence directions in the wider industry.
Responsibilities Act as a bridge between engineering, data science, and commercial teams to evolve Bold Loop as a category-leading AI-native Saa S platform.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, roadmap, delivery, iteration, and scaling.
Manage day-to-day delivery using Linear and other modern product/tools, ensuring transparency, prioritisation, and accountability.
Collaborate with engineers to plan, scope, and deliver LLM SDK integrations (Open AI, Claude, Gemini).
Ensure product roadmap reflects opportunities and constraints of LLM-based solutions.
Understand vector databases, RAG, and retrieval pipelines to contextualise product opportunities.
Understand APIs (Graph QL and REST) and have basic familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) to support product design discussions.
Use SQL/Big Query at a basic level to validate requirements, check data outputs, and understand system dependencies.
Translate technical complexity into clear product requirements, business cases, and client-facing narratives.
Support the Lead Engineer and broader team in balancing maintenance of the current Bold Lens Ruby on Rails platform with delivering the next-generation AI solution.
Key Responsibilities Product Ownership Define and prioritise product features, epics, and user stories.
Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
Run discovery sessions with internal stakeholders and clients to capture needs.
AI Solutions Management Oversee delivery of integrations with Open AI, Claude, and Gemini SDKs.
Evaluate and manage third-party AI tools for performance, cost, and scalability.
Partner with engineering and data science teams to translate AI capabilities into tangible user-facing features.
