ABOUT BOLDSPACE

Boldspace are a full service creative, brand and PR agency. A significant part of our offering is building and protecting brand reputations by injecting creativity into corporate affairs. Stakeholders are more complex and challenging than ever, and society demands better, more responsible brands that are agile to the needs of the communities they serve, while demonstrating long term value creation beyond profit.

THE ROLE

The Senior Account Executive will support the day-to-day delivery across a number of corporate reputation and corporate communications accounts, working closely with senior team members to deliver high quality work for clients across a range of sectors. This role is ideal for someone with experience in corporate PR who is looking to develop their skills across media relations, strategic communications and reputation management in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Strong client servicing skills: You will be confident supporting a range of clients — from established brands to ambitious scale-ups — across corporate communications programmes. You will build positive relationships with clients, journalists and stakeholders, helping ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Account delivery: You will play an active role in delivering integrated corporate PR campaigns and ongoing press office activity across multiple accounts. Responsibilities will include media outreach, monitoring coverage, reporting, drafting press materials, supporting thought leadership activity, conducting research and helping coordinate account activity.
  • Creative thinking & campaign support: We are looking for someone who is curious, creative and eager to contribute ideas that help solve client challenges and build meaningful brand reputations.

EXPERIENCE

  • You will have around 1–3 years’ experience in PR, communications or corporate reputation, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Corporate communications focus: You will have a strong interest in corporate reputation, business communications and the issues that shape how brands are perceived by stakeholders, media and wider audiences.
  • Multi-sector interest: You will be excited by the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors and clients, supporting activity across trade, national and international media.
  • Media relations understanding: You will have a good understanding of media relations fundamentals, including media sell-ins, journalist engagement, news awareness and press office management.
  • Multi-channel awareness: You will understand that communications extends beyond traditional media relations and be interested in how integrated communications channels work together to support client objectives.
  • Problem solving & initiative: You will be organised, proactive and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to manage your workload effectively and seek guidance when needed.
  • Writing: You will be a strong writer with the ability to produce accurate, engaging content across multiple formats, including press releases, comment pieces, media pitches and briefing documents.
  • Attention to detail: You take pride in producing high quality work and maintaining strong attention to detail across written materials, reporting and account administration.
  • Team player: You will thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to team culture while taking ownership of your own development.
  • Flexibility & independence: Our culture is about getting the job done, not being tied to a traditional 9–5 office routine.

BENEFITS:

  • Pensions: a 5% employer contribution.
  • Holiday: unlimited holiday (including all UK public holidays).
  • Flexible working.
  • Regular salary reviews.
  • Socials: team socials regularly, chosen by the team.
  • Two weeks working abroad leave.
  • Team retreats.
  • Bonus: transparent bonus structure.
  • Supporting good causes.
  • Wellness: time within working hours every week for those that want or need it.
  • Monthly benefits budget: £50 per month.
