  • Lead complex, high-value new business opportunities from identification through to pitch and conversion, bringing together expertise from across the agency to create compelling propositions.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through strategic counsel and integrated communications services.

You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and helping shape business decisions through strategic communications counsel.
  • Commercial acumen: You understand what makes a successful agency beyond excellent client work. You are experienced in growing client relationships, resource planning, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
  • Agency leadership: You enjoy building businesses as much as delivering outstanding client work. You lead by example, contribute to agency culture and operations, and actively shape how the agency evolves.
  • You have an exceptional track record of winning new business. Whether originating opportunities through your own network or leading competitive pitches, you are confident developing compelling propositions that convert.
  • Multi-sector expertise: You bring broad experience across multiple sectors and are excited by the diversity this creates. You can quickly understand new industries and apply communications expertise to a wide variety of business challenges.

  • You possess extensive knowledge of today's media landscape and understand how to secure influence through traditional media, digital platforms and emerging channels. You know when media relations is the right solution—and when it isn't.
  • Leadership and coaching: You have a proven ability to develop senior talent, build high-performing teams and create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. You enjoy mentoring future leaders and helping people fulfil their potential.
  • Problem solving and judgement: Clients trust your judgement on their most important communications challenges. You are calm under pressure, think strategically, anticipate risks and make confident decisions independently.
