We're looking for a freelance Prompt / Automation Engineer to support a focused two-week freelance engagement, testing and enhancing high-impact automations across BoldStreamTM. This contract may extend into a longer-term freelance or permanent role.
Boldstream is a multi-LLM SaaS platform for marketing and comms professionals.
What You'll Do
- Design and build agentic workflows using tools such as OpenAI Agent Builder, LangGraph/LangChain and no/low-code platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make.com).
- Automate data flows, reporting, internal tools and AI-assisted workflows using APIs and custom JavaScript/TypeScript where needed.
- Create reliable prompts, guardrails and testing approaches to ensure consistent agent behaviour.
- Document workflows clearly so non-technical teams can use them safely.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience building production automations and integrations.
- Strong no/low-code automation skills plus solid JavaScript.
- Practical experience working with LLMs, prompts and AI-powered workflows.
- Clear, structured problem-solver who works well with non-technical stakeholders.
Contract: 2 weeks initially
