A Senior Medical Writer (SMW) at BOLDSCIENCE is responsible for creating high‑quality scientific communications across a variety of deliverables and therapy areas. They bring strong scientific knowledge, excellent writing skills, and the ability to learn new therapeutic subjects quickly.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and edit scientific materials for diverse audiences (video scripts, leave‑behind pieces, website copy, manuscripts, congress publications, gap analyses, meeting summaries, and reports).
  • Produce client‑ready drafts that are fully referenced, scientifically accurate, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Ask informed questions to clarify briefs and work independently while keeping the team updated.
  • Present content to clients and collaborate with healthcare professionals and subject‑matter experts to obtain approvals.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are completed within the specified time and cost framework.
  • Use review systems (e.g., Veeva, DataVision) and comply with industry codes such as the ABPI.
